10 Dec Hybrid conveyor rapid sealing systems

M2P Engineering are able to offer hybrid systems for conveyor sealing requirements. The hybrid system includes a mechanical steel door airlock system coupled with an inflatable rapid seal system that will deploy around the conveyor belt without damaging the equipment.

M2P engineer and manufacture all components for this system in house. We have our own skilled engineers, fabricators and our own inflatable manufacturing facility which allow us to make sure we deliver a system that works in unison and meets clients specific requirements.

The hybrid system allows emergency services entry into a mine during a shutdown when rapid sealing has been deployed. These systems can be linked with our other Rapid Inflatable Seals within other portals to deploy from a single activation control point.
